Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: employed members of several statutory health insurance scheme; person insured by German statutory pension insurance scheme; 2 case of temporary work disability in last 12 months due to ICD codes K50.0, K50.1, K50.8, K50.9 (Crohn´s disease) or K51.0, K51.1, K51.2, K51.3, K51.4, K51.5, K51.8, K51.9 (ulcerative colitis); written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: utilization of medical inpatient rehabilitation past 2 years no subjective rehab needs, no willingness to apply for rehab, no vocational participation restriction post acute rehabilitation intended or submitted
