Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA (American Society of Anesthesiology) status I and II (low perioperative risk patients) patients that will undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 and older than 65 years of age will be excluded from study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To analyse perioperative changes in total antioxidant status (TAS) and IL-6 plasma levels in accordance to restrictive or liberal perioperative volume management, assessed before operation, at the time of reaching pneumoperitoneum, 6 hours after surgery and 24 hours after surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To analyse perioperative hemodynamic stability by continuous monitoring of Systolic (SAP), Diastolic (DAP) and mean arterial blood pressure (MAP), Heart rate, Stroke Volume and Cardiac Output Dynamic Preload parameters (Pulse Pressure Variation (PPV) and Stroke Volume Variation (SVV)) in accordance to restrictive or liberal volume management.
