Group 1: Pat. who got XLIF Surgery with above mentioned diagnosis from march 2016 till march 2017. For this per and postsurgical psoas muscle force is to be meassured with Isoforce Controll Device.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pat. with XLIF surgery with indicatins of: Spondylosis, Discopathie, degen. Spondy, spinal Stenosis, PNS, de novo scoliosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pedicle screw malpositioning, cage revision, surgical site infection

objectivating of an access related psoas muscel deficiency 12 months after XLIF surgery in L3/4 or L4/5 with help of the Isoforce Controll Device.
