| Proof of transfer of methadone and its metabolite EDDP from the sweat of test subject patiens onto substance-free hair with GC/MC –methods. The results oft the hair- and sweat-samples would be compared with data obtained from test subjects’ blood samples, with the intention of determining whether a relationship can be established with the detected methadone and EDDP concentrations and whether a hypothetical extreme value can be established. During the five study-days a strand of hair and a sweat patch would be removed each day, in order to detect the variation in concentration of substances with respect to exposure time. | — |
