Inclusion criteria: Male sex, body mass index 18 - 25 (normal weight) and >30 (obese), age: 18 -25 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute or chronic diseases, medication

Blood samples for the analysis of metabolic parameters (glucose, insuli, C-peptide, cortisol, ephinephrine, norephinephrine) were taken simultaneous to cererbal energy content measurements.
