Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conservative or surgical treatment of fractures of the clavicle in the period of evaluation in the year 2014.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refuses participation in the study. Patient can not show up for the follow up and can not be questioned.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Functionality of the clavicle (motion, force, pain, stability) by questionnaire and clinical examination according to the following scores: DASH, Constant-Score, SF-36, VAS, EuroQol-5D. The primary endpoint is set with a follow-up interval of at least one year after completion of therapy.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Long-term consequences and complications questionnaire: DASH-Score, Constant-Score, VAS, SF-36-Health-Survey, own questionnaire. The secondary outcome is planned five years after finishing the therapy.
