Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >65 years, GOLD clinical diagnosis of COPD, no acute exacerbation, no knee-/hip endoprothesis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: artificial hip or knee replacements, >140 kg Body weight, regulary exercise training

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Six-minute walk test at the beginning and at the end of the training interval

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Sit-to-stand test (rising/sitting down 5 times),maximum power (leg press), one leg stance, CAT (effects related to health), SGRQ (quality of life) at the beginning and at the end of the training interval.
