18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants: - Age between 18 and 70 years - ?/? subgroup 1 - patients with ideopathic pulmonary hypertension - pulmonary artery catheterization within the last 6 months - no specific medication within initial diagnosis - no structural pulmonary disease subgroup 2 -patients with severe pulmonary hypertension with COPD - COPD GOLD III and IV, resp. group C and D without exacerbation - pulmonary artery catheterization within the last 6 months - no specific medication within initial diagnosis subgroup 3 - patients with comparable COPD without pulmonary hypertension - COPD GOLD III and IV, resp. group C and D without exacerbation - echocardiographical exclusion of pulmonary hypertension subgroup 4 - healthy controls: - echocardiographical exclusion of pulmonary hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - under SSRI medication - acute exacerbation of COPD - right ventricular decompensation - judicially or official ordered custody - pregnancy, breastfeeding - legal incapacity

Based on the PET data it follows the calculation of an activity quotient between tissue and plasma as a direct measure of the distribution volume of the radiotracer and therefore of the transporter availability in the separate individuals

comparison of pulmonary SERT-availabilty between the individuals as well as subgroups
