Group 1: Patients with biopsy proven soft tissue sarcomas Peripheral blood samples will be drawn during inpatient stay and follow-up appointments following informed consent. If feasible, this is done

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: synovial sarcoma, liposarcoma, Ewing sarcoma. myxoid malignant fibrous histiocytoma, leiomyosarcoma, extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma, pleomorphic/undifferentiated sarcoma, myxoid fibrosarcoma, spindle-cell sarcoma, malignant peripheral nerve sheath Tumor, intimal sarcoma of the pulmonal artery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: other malignancies
