Group 1: In this laboratory study human endometrial explants are ex vivo separately incubated with different progestins and compared to a vehicle control.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women in reproductive age with regular menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, postmenopause, gynecological cancer, hormonal treatment within the last 3 months, vaginal bleeding of unknown origin, vaginal infections, major uterine scarring, uterine atrophy
