15 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who survived cancer disease in childhood, youth and young adult Age and who are in follow up care and free of Tumor, 2. patients with completed tumor therapy, 3. written informed consent, 4. at least one cardiovascular risk factor (e.g. chemotherapy with antracyclines, radiotherapy of the Thorax or cyclophosphamid and radiotherapy, and/or Hypertension, nicotine abuse, dyslipoproteinaemia or Diabetes)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. active cancer disease, 2. already existing heart disease, 3. contraindication for sport

compliance for physical activity, measured with Metabolic equivalent (MET/Week) by questionnaire (week 0, 12, 48)
