Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients male and female in the age of 18 to 67 years with type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus Patients without cognitive impairment, the medical history should in this respect be no endorsement yet German language course in spoken and written Diagnosis alone, without medical treatment or dietary management and exercise All oral diabetes medications and / or incretins insulin therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Additional diseases which impede or interfere with coping with diabetes suspected (micro- or Macroangiopathic vascular complications, tumor diseases, psychosis)

MeasureTime frame
Endpoint I: assessment of the measurement instrument AWiDia (Assessment to determination resistance by people with diabetes ) The Instrument should be examined with the classical test theory, in terms of its quality, to the characteristics of reliability, validity and objectivity. The results of the individual items are described by mean and standard deviation. Endpoint II: Investigation of resistance In addition to validating the instrument, data on the patient characteristics and the resistance of the entire group should be described by methods of descriptive statistics.
