Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: being hospitalized in the center of neoplasms of the skin of the department for dermatology in Essen, being in a relationship with the intimate partner for at least 12 months, diagnoses of melanoma in the last 12 months, being of full age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not able to participate because of somatic or psychological reasons
