Group 1: 700 infants and children aged birth to 18 years of Age without any signs or symptoms of impaired right ventricular function, showing normal heart anatomy. Determination of S-TAPSE. Group 2: 4

No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants and children aged 0 to 18 years, showing normal or impaired right ventricular function. Admission to echocardiography at the Department of pediatrics, Division of pediatric cardiology, Medical University Graz, throughout the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age > 18 years; impaired cardiac function except for impaired right ventricular function.
