50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First medial cerebral artery infarct diagnosed by CT or MRI strength in the upper Limb >3 according to British Medical Research Council written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous stroke 2.difficulty understanding the instructions or non-compliance 3. other neurologic illness (i.e. SAE, Parkinson disease, cerebral aneurysm bleeding etc)
