Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Total thyroidectomy for multinodulargoiter. Minimum Age 18 years. No Maximum Age. Both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thyroid malignancies, parathyroid Adenoma, prior thyroid operations
