Group 1: HIT 14x 30/45 secounds, 3x/week for 6 weeks Group 2: HIT 7x 60/90 secounds, 3x/week for 6 weeks Group 3: 28 minutes conventional endurance training, 3x/week for 6 weeks Group 4: control Group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 8 weeks after bariatric operation in the university hospital Mannheim (Universitätsmedizin Mannheim): gastric sleeve or Roux-Y-gastric bypass (weight loss as indication)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with cardial and/or pulmonal diseases or restriction of the musculoskeletal system

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
dropout rate , weight loss, BMI-reduction, body containment via BIA (bioelectrical impendance analysis) in each case baseline after 6 weeks of training

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
max. workload, cardial parameters (blood pressure, HRrecovery and pulse) in each case baseline and after 6 weeks of training
