Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: no cognitive impairments, unimpaired hearing and vision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: cognitive impairment, uncorrected impairment of hearing or vision, actual psychiatric disease, actual or past neurological disease, 39 years and younger, 81 years and older

| The primary outcome is cognitive plasticity, i.e the improvement of performance after a cognitive intervention. | The relationship between cognitive plasticity (CP) and sociodemographic factors (age, gender, education), clinical factors (body mass index - BMI), sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index - PSQI), depression (Becks Depression Index, 5th edition - BDI-V), and subjective memory impairment (Subjective Cognitive Impairment-Questionnaire - SCI-Q)) and performance on neuropsychological tests. The following neuropsychological tests will be used: Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE), Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer’s Disease (CERAD-Plus), Leistungsprüfungssystem with subtest 4 (LPS 4), subtest 7 (LPS 7) and subtest 9 (LPS 9), Wechsler Memory Scale – revised Version (WMS-R) with subtests „digitspan forward” and „digitspan backwards”, Brief Test of Attention (BTA), Stroop Farb-Wort-Interferenz-Test (Stroop color and word test) with subtests „Farbstrich benennen (color naming)”, „Farbwort lesen (word reading)”, „Interferenzbedingung (interference)”, and Modified Card Sorting Test (MCST). | — |
