Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants: pre-obese (BMI 25 - 29,9) and obese (BMI = 30)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immunosuppression, inflammatory bowel diseases, pregnancy, therapy with antibiotics
