Group 1: The patients are interviewed on the basis of an internationally recognized questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-30 and QLQ-C29) on their general well-being and physical fitness, on mental health problems

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - primary cases, that are introduced to the center for the first time - patients with a colorectal carcinom - patients that undergo elective surgery or non-surgical palliative therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - insufficient German language skills in order to answer the survey

MeasureTime frame
health-related quality of life measured by EORTC QLQ-C30 and QLQ-CR29; pretherapeutically and once again posttherapeutically after 12 months
