Inclusion criteria: minimum age, consent to the study

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Antibiotic therapy that dates back less than 4 weeks A hospitalization of less than 4 weeks is back Residents of nursing homes or other care facilities Subjects which have a closure of the anus
