Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses who - completed a three year nurses-training course - are employed at the university hospital of cologne - are working at a general ward - are present at the ward at the time of survey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who -work on wards like ICU, ER, IMC, Endoskopy or other out-Patient facilities -can not be freed from their work responsibilities for the time of the Survey - refuse to participate in the survey
