Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Minimum of 2 training sessions on the bike per weeks. Minimum of 3 competitions per season.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No seious illness. No training pause of 7 days or longer in the 4 weeks prior to study participation.
