Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum of 2 training sessions on the bike per weeks. Minimum of 3 competitions per season.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No seious illness. No training pause of 7 days or longer in the 4 weeks prior to study participation.

MeasureTime frame
1. Performance change from baseline to intervention calculated in rerference to the individual anaerobic threshhold (Watt). 2. Change in fatigue perception from baseline to intervention (rating of perceived exertion - RPE). 3. Changes in cotrical activation (EEG).
