Inclusion criteria: Preceding sternotomy; Wound healing disorders after sternotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preceding surgical treatment of thoracic bone skeleton, minors, pregnancy

Evaluation of the lung function (FEV1, VC, ...) with a lung function analysis on the seventh postoperative day after previous sternectomie and autonomous muscle transplantation for defect coverage.	—
