Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Additional inclusion criteria to the DELCODE main study: -Subjects with SCD (onset > 6 months to < 5 years) without objective cognitive deficits -Written informed consent to participate in longitudinal PET scans with 18F-Florbetaben and 18F-FDG (maximum two scans per modality) within an interval of two years -Availability of structural MRI data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Additional exclusion criteria to the DELCODE main study: -Lack of capability to give informed consent -Subjects exposed within the last 10 years to radioactive substances or ionizing radiation for research- or treatment purposes (§88 Abs. 2, Federal radiation protection regulation) -Subjects with blood glucose values >140 mg/dl (refers only to 18F-FDG PET) measurement will be postponed until glucose levels are stable -Insulin-dependent diabetes -Anamnestic evidence for severe renal and liver dysfunction -MR evidence for relevant structural abnormalities -Lack of ability to lie still for 30-40 minutes (i.e. expected scan duration)
