Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study included the subjects used fresh Hg amalgam as the filling material for teeth cavities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The dental patients used filling material (composite, resin etc.) other than Hg or the individuals exposed to Hg occupationally, environmentally or subjects with old Hg dental filling were excluded from the study
