40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: isolated lesion of the long head of biceps tendon, status after SLAP repair, status after biceps pulley repair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: rotator cuff rupture, open fractures, shoulder infrection, nerve or vessel lesions, pathologic fracture, prisoners, pregnants, infectious diseases, neurologic-psychiatric diseases

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluated will be the clinical scores pre OP, 6, 12, 24 months post OP (ASES, Constant, SST, LHB) and measured will be elbow flexion force, forearm supination force and circumference of the upper arm.

MeasureTime frame
Influence of the techniques on cramps of the biceps muscle.
