Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Facilities: with long-term care, part-residential, home care contract according to §71 SGB XI with different ownership statuses all over Germany who are able to name an independent project leader during the implementation period, and who are able to provide the resources (staff and time) for the attendance of the training sessions and working groups. Residents: Able to complete the Timed Up And Go Test (TUG) independently or with assistance.

Exclusion criteria: Residents: no signed consent present.

MeasureTime frame
Required time for the Timed Up And Go Test (TUG) in seconds will be measured at three points in time (t0 baseline, t1 three months post baseline, t2 six months post baseline)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The course of mobility over time will be assessed via the EBoMo-instrument at three points in time (t0 baseline, t1 three months post baseline, t2 six months post baseline) The extend of support needed for a safe transfer (participation during transfer) will be assessed via the Esslinger Transferscale at three points in time (t0 baseline, t1 three months post baseline, t2 six months post baseline)
