Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy people between 18 and 90 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diabetes mellitus, other metabolic diseases, neuromuscular diseases, acute infections with fever, alcohol abuse, tumour, smoking more than 5 cigarettes per day, coagulopathy, oral anticoagulation, allergy against local anesthetics
