Group 1: evaluation of the emotional stress through a standardized survey and evaluation of the operative outcome through a gynecological examination

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women Mayer-Rokitantansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome indication to create a neovagina able to give informed consent no previous genital surgeries informed consent for participation and follow-ups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: contraindications to create a neovagina previous genitale surgeries unability to participate in follow-ups

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The emotional stress for the patient is evaluated through a standardized questionnaire <7 days, 6 weeks, 3 month, 6 monts and 12 months postoperative.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The operative outcome is evaluated through a gynecological examination <7 Tage, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months following the operation.	—
