Group 1: CTC (circulating tumor cells) count prae- and post tumor vertebroplasty and after 3 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: osteolytic spinal metastasis predestinated for vertebroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery, Pregnancy, participation in other interventional study, anaemia, unwanted side effects

Increased circulating tumor cells detected with CellSearch in cells/7.5ml before surgery, 20 min after vertebroplasty and at day 4	—
