Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ELNEC-Trainer, who work in the akut care setting, home care or nursing and residential care homes 2) ELNEC-Trainer, who participate voluntary at narrative interviews

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ELNEC-Trainer, who refuse an interview ELNEC-Trainer, whose senior refuse that the employee participate
