Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of German Pension Insurance Rheinland, which are currently in inpatient cardiac rehabilitation established ischemic heart disease German language proficiency, reading and writing skills availability of a PC and online access signed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serious prognose-limited factors (heart failure [NYHA III and IV]) severe COPD (FEV1 <35%), respiratory global insufficiency, chronic inflammation, consuming disease cognitive or linguistic restrictions lack of consent

Disease-specific quality of life: HeartQol (Oldridge et al., 2014) Time of measurement: t0 = end of rehabilitation, t1 = 6 months after the end of rehabilitation, t2 = 12 months after the end of rehabilitation

Cardiac Risk Profile: cardiac risk profile is determined by using the online program cardio vascular risk management in primary prevention (CARRISMAProfessional, Gohlke et al., 2007). t0 = end of rehabilitation, t2 = 12 months after the end of rehabilitation Prognosis of the ability to work: SIBAR (Bürgerl & Deck, 2009) t0 = end of rehabilitation, t1 = 6 months after the end of rehabilitation, t2 = 12 months after the end of rehabilitation
