Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diseases of anus or rectum, that make an operative intervention in an ambulatory setting necessary.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications against spinal anesthesia. Allergies against local anesthetics or against the postoperative used analgetics.
