Group 1: Physicians and nurses will be asked about their attitude towards and experiences with palliative care of patients with heart failure. Delphi technique will be used to develop recommendations

Inclusion criteria: - Physicians (cardiologist, general practitioner) and nurses (including heart failure nurses) - Physiscians and nurses should treat/have contact with patients with chronic heart failure
