Group 1: Palliative patients, who are selected by the Distress Thermometer (cut-off: 4), have a / their first interventiion of Animal Assisted Therapy(AAT)
not later than 24 hours they have their interview (qualitative interview, based on an interview guide with questions about emotional state, physical well-being, feasibility, sense of the therapy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - palliative patients in IZP, with an indication for AAT - min. 18 years old - ability to participate in an interview (cognitive and linguistic skills) - written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Allergy of the coat of Dogs - Canophobic patients -Infections caused by multiresistant pathogens - Disability to participate in an interwiew
