Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Development of skin side effects during treatment with RAF inhibitors in metastatic malignant melanoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking other medications which are associated with skin side effects.

Measure	Time frame
Determination of the signaling pathways through reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (rt-PCR) and Immunoblotting (analytical technique used to detect specific proteins in a patients’ sample) for skin-specific side effects of RAF inhibitors.	—
