Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who require a central venous catheter for their type of surgery / in-hospital treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Surgery / patient treatment without the need of a central venous catheter. Patients were excluded in the case of absent written, informed consent or the inability of understanding the investigation.
