Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients are diagnosed with colorectal cancer who have relatives - Existence of the consent of personal data - Diagnosis max 6 months 1) Histologically confirmed CRC 2) Patients must be 18 years of age. 3) Patients must be able to understand the investigational nature of this study and give written informed consent prior to study entry.

Exclusion criteria: severe mental illness

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Participation rate of preventive colonoscopy of first-degree relatives six months after intervention; economic efficiency of the training measure of affected patients to improve the preventive behavior of the risk group.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Detect the potential of colorectal cancer patients to act as communicators because they are considered to be particularly suited to support preventive measures due to their knowledge of the consequences of the disease and their family ties. The target of this quantitative approach is a significant increase of the acceptance of prevention in the family environment. Feasibility and implementation of the intervention measure. ? Analysis of economic efficiency. Costs of training and preventive colonoscopies are to be compared with the avoided medical and economic follow-up costs. Attitude of the relatives towards the intervention of their family member to motivate them for colonoscopy. A qualitative approach examines the motivation of selected families and the chances of the intervention measure. Modeling of the reduction rate of colorectal cancer in the concerned families according to the acceptance of preventive colonoscopy based on the collected data to find out the efficacy of this preventive measure.
