Group 1: Coloading with Crystalloid Infusion 1000ml during Spinal Anaesthesia for elective Sectio Caesarea. ( current clinic Standard). Group 2: historic collective population: coloading with HAES 6%

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -ASA II-III -Age > 18 -Elective Sectio caesarea -Consensus Statement at least 24h before the OP start. -Ability to consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patient refusal to participate in the study or to receive regional Anesthesia -Inability of legal competence -Insufficient German knowledge -Pregnancy complications ( known Hypertension, HELLP Syndrom, Eclampsia ) - <28 Pregnancy week. - chronic Pain - Alcohol, Painkillers, Drug- Abusion - psychiatric Disorders (Depression, Psychosis), Medikation with Psychopharmaka - Stillbirth -Allergy to Local Anaesthetics - Coagulopathy (acquired, induced, genetic) als contraindication for Spinal Anaesthesia -Participation in other Studies ( one month before or three months after planned study participation) - Involuntary commitment of the Patient

The primary end point is the difference between baseline systolic pressure and the lowest systolic pressure after Coloading/ SpA.
