Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: wounds after micrographic controlled tumorsurgery on the head and face area (group 1) and extremities and body (group 2) - age 18+ - Capacity for consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Alopecia at possible donorsite inflammation/infection at possible donorsite skin atrophy at possible donorsite scar at possible donorsite disease of immunsystem immunsupressive medication

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reepithelialization (in%) at the donor sites the diagnostic assessment on the 7th postoperative day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Quantitative determination of reepithelialization on all days of the survey expect of day 7 - Quantitative determination of the maximum healing rate at the aceptor site - Detection of patient satisfaction - Recognition of pain intensity (visual analogue scale (VAS)) to donor site and recipient site - Quantitative evaluation in accordance Vancouver Scare Scale - Qualitative evaluation of the donor site (alopecia) - Qualitative evaluation of graft shrinking - Cosmetic outcome - Complications
