Inclusion criteria: Primary care practices which vaccinate patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primary care practices which do not vaccinate patients

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Proportion of refrigerators with vaccine vial temperatures in the target range (+2°C to +8°C) during a 7-day temperature monitoring

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
a) performing daily temperature monitorings, b) the lack of critically low temperatures (=-0.5°C), c) compliance with storage recommendations, d) knowledge on vaccine storage conditions of primary care physicians and practice personnel using a standardized questionnaire, e) assignment of personnel (practice assistants) as vaccine storage manager and backup.
