Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Patients admitted on open wards P21 and P31 independent of their diagnosis - age>17 - Possibility to independently complete questionnaires -possibility to understand written and spoken German - soundness of mind - hospital stay more than 7 days - willingness to be contacted after discharge
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - merely psychotherapeutic treated patients without applied drugs (non-psychatric) - patiens being transfered from the acute ward for women (P12) to the open wards
