Group 1: passive thoracal joint mobilisation on relevant stiff and/ or painful joints and ribs over 20 minutes
Group 2: warm compress on the upper thoracal spine over 20 minutes

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age 25 to 55 years, non-spezific neck pain with or without pain in upper limb, informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: heart disease (arhythmia, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, intake of ß-Blocker, blood pressure drugs), operation or trauma of the thoracic spine and ribs, thoracic osteoporosis, pain-relieving drugs, intake of alcohol and drugs
