Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participation in our previous POSEIDON study. For new recruitments: living in the Mannheim area, german language, parental capacity to consent

MeasureTime frame
impaired neuropsychological development (Developmental NEuroPSYological assessment) and psychopathology (Childhood Behavior Checklist, CBCL): one measure at the age of approx 38 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Activation of stress-responsive systems (cortisol in morning urine and saliva); differential methylation of specific stress-related genes; behavior in psychological tests (Strange Situation Task, Delayed Gratification Task); brain development (magnetic resonance imaging: "resting state", diffusion tensor imaging, volumometry)
