Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >= 18 years -fecal incontinence refractory to conservative therapy -Egilibility for SNS -sphincter defect < 180°

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: rectal prolapse neuropathy Scleroderma borreliosis erectile dysfunction diarrhea, liquid stool anticoagulants (ASS, Clopidogrel, Marcumar) allergy to local anesthetics
