Inclusion criteria: Focus group interview: Nurses, Kinaestheticstrainer observation: Nursing home residents with moderate and severe dementia Nurses Kinaestheticstrainer Informed consent of all participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Residents in a critical illness situation, Nurses do not know the residents
