Group 1: Patients with posttraumatic stress disorder are using a computer program (Morpheus) to support in sensu exposure in self-management as an adjunct to an inpatient treatment program for PTSD. W

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Posttraumatic Stress Disorder; Participation in the inpatient treatment program of dialectical behaviour therapy for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (DBT-PTSD) at the Central Institute for Mental Health in Mannheim

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Substance abuse

Primary

MeasureTime frame
PTSD symptomatology is assessed with the Davidson Trauma Scale (DTS) in the (normally weekly) therapy sessions. The inpatient treatment program usually lasts 10-12 weeks. After the exposure phase of the treatment, Morpheus will be evaluated with a questionnaire which assesses perceived usefulness of the program as well as patients' satisfaction with Morpheus.
