Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Identification of genotyp-specific differences in the metabolic changes provoked by different nutritional challenges to identify new biomarkers for an early and specific risc prediction. Therefore, clinical-chemical routine laboratory investigations in plasma samples, measurement of plasma metabolites (FIA-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS, GC-TOF-MS), measurement of eicosanoids in plasma (ELISA) and moleculargenetical studies in PBMCs for determination of proinflammatoric risc markers (PCR, western blots, EMSA) were applied. | — |
