Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria for patients with orphan lung disesase: - proven lung disesase, e.g. idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, sarcoidosis, lymphangioleiomyomatosis inclusion criteria for healthy control subjects - normal pulmonary function test - no smoking within the last 5 years and less than 5 packyears in total - no anamnestic history for lung diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria for all subjects: - no significant respiratory tract infection in the last 4 weeks - impairment of physical activity because of extrapulmonary diseases (e.g. clinically significant athrosis of the hip or knees or peripheral artery disease of the legs)

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Parameters of physical activity (e.g. physical activity level, steps per day) using the Sensewear Armband device over a wearing period of 7 days

Parameter of questionaires (e.g. quality of life) and pulmonary function tests (e.g. FVC, FEV1) at the timepoint of the visit day
